Plate is small today, but our history is long. Before we started the studio, we spent over 15 years making films with the studios below, as freelancers and in-house artists, and we are proud of that work. These projects were produced by them, and all credit and rights are theirs. We show them here for the part we played.

Year-in-review videos usually live on flat screens full of charts. The idea was to make the data physical: the most active month is a row of tiles that light up, the heart rate is a pendulum, the most liked post is a pile of spheres. Marble, brass and soft pink keep it premium and calm.
Everything moves with the weight of real objects: spheres that roll, drop and settle, rails and tubes that carry them from one number to the next. The camera stays close and slow, so the materials do the talking.
