Plate Studio is a 3D animation and video production studio in São Paulo. We make commercials, product films and campaign content for brands and agencies, from the first idea to final delivery.
Plate is small today, but our history is long. Before we started the studio, we spent over 15 years making films with the studios below, as freelancers and in-house artists, and we are proud of that work. These projects were produced by them, and all credit and rights are theirs. We show them here for the part we played.

2. What we collect
Call booking: name, email, company, project type, deadline, budget range, message, how you found us, time zone, language and the page you arrived from (including campaign parameters such as utm_source).
Email or WhatsApp contact: whatever you send us.
Fair and event sign-ups: name, company, contact and notes from the conversation.
Browsing: with your consent, Google measurement and advertising cookies (Google Ads and, when enabled, Google Analytics). Without consent, these cookies are not used.
Business outreach: public professional data (name, role, company and work email) to introduce the studio to companies.
3. Why we use it
To reply and schedule calls, prepare proposals, measure our ads, improve the site and keep the business relationship. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7)
Pre-contract steps at your request (booking and proposal); consent (measurement and advertising cookies); legitimate interest (business-to-business contact, always with the option to opt out).
5. Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service: Microsoft (email and calendar), Make (booking automation), HubSpot (contact management), Google (ads and measurement) and Hostinger (site hosting). Some are outside Brazil; transfers follow the LGPD.
6. How long
For as long as the business relationship lasts and up to 5 years after it, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)
Confirmation and access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection. Ask at eliel@platestudio.com.br; we reply within 15 days.

How do you make a delivery feel predictable?
Carriers tend to sell the same two words, speed and safety. ANEG Transportes, a carrier from São Paulo with 21 years on the road, needed a film that shows how the work actually happens.
01Approach
An institutional film for ANEG Transportes, directed by Eliel Guimarães at Plate Studio. The client now uses it on social media and in sales meetings.
The idea is in the name, Hora Marcada, “at the agreed time”. The film follows one delivery through six steps: pickup, check at the terminal, locked departure, tracking by invoice number, a call from the team if anything changes, and delivery.
It all happens in a white miniature world with green routes and red details taken from the brand. Real shots of the ANEG fleet come in at the moments that need proof.

Built like a map.
The script came first, then a storyboard of the six steps in the miniature world. Each frame became a short animated shot, the ANEG logo was tracked onto the trucks, and the edit was timed to the voice-over.

What does Plate Studio do?

Who do you work with?

Brands and advertising agencies, in Brazil and abroad. We work in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and our hours overlap with the US and Europe.
How much does a 3D animation or product film cost?

Every project is quoted on scope: length, number of shots, level of detail, deliverables and deadline. We focus on campaign and brand productions, so we are usually not the right fit for small one-off pieces. Send us the brief and we reply within one business day.
How long does a project take?

It depends on the request: a project can take days, weeks or months. Most take between two weeks and a month.
Can you work inside our agency's pipeline, or on a single stage?

Yes. Besides full production, we can take one stage of a film, such as animation, lighting, lookdev or FX, or supervise the creative direction of your team or vendor.
Do you have a physical studio?

No. Plate is a remote studio based in São Paulo. Calls, reviews and deliveries happen online, which lets us work with clients anywhere.
Do you use AI?

Yes, as one more tool in the pipeline, never as the author. Every frame goes through a director's eye: speed comes from the tool, judgment comes from us.

We are not against it. Like every program, plugin or software that arrived with big promises, it opens new ideas, new points of view and new ways of working, and we stay just as human.
